Alpena Power Company will attempt to read your meter and bill you for your actual usage on a monthly basis for as long as the weather permits. When we can no longer read your meter, you will receive a bill for the monthly service charge. Your actual meter consumption will be billed as soon as weather permits the reading of your meter. You will not receive an estimated bill at the rate of usage of an occupied residence. IT IS CRITICAL TO NOTIFY APC ON YOUR RETURN WITH A RETURN CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
